The GM Colorado / Canyon is available direct from the factory, via ship through with Auto Truck Group, fitted with a new Ute^®Bed. The bed's lightweight T-6 extruded aluminum, while being extremely strong, will not weigh down your truck like a steel bed, so it saves on your fuel consumption -- while the Ute Bed's increased load area will permit you to carry a greater load capacity.

Weight specifications and other details for the new 2017 Colorado/Canyon ZW9 box delete and Ute Bed upfit are as follows;

• B6GM-A = Ute^®Bed installed, weighs about 250 lbs.
• Black powder coated Rear ICC bumper is included in ZW9 Ute package and optional for the box removal.
• Rear aluminum cover plate covering the rear of the frame and spare tire is also included with the ICC bumper package.
• Payload with this configuration is about 1900 lbs.
• Flat Bed only option; If the drop sides are removed, payload increases to about 1950 lbs.
