Photo 1: Mounting Hardware for the Chevy Silverado BullBar.

The bolts that hold the brackets to the steel mounting box on the BullBar are pretty straight forward and do not require much adjustment. To adjust the alignment under the headlights and align with the fender arches, use the 6 bolts (3 on either end) of the steel mounts where they bolt to the aluminum.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Be sure to leave about an inch (1") gap under the headlights and around to the fenders. If you mount the BullBar up too close to the fenders and lights, the flex in the chassis will cause the BullBar to come in contact with the body and may cause damage.

Check high beam reflection off the back of the BullBar, from the driver and passenger seats. You may need to put some flat black tape or paint on the back side of the BullBar, above the headlights, if the reflection is too distracting.
